Deposit by May 1, 2017 in order to receive the best rates:   

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space:
  Hotel only: $150 deposit per person
  Hotel and airfare: $150 deposit per person plus airfare in full

       Hotel, airfare, and travel insurance: $279 deposit per person + the current cost of air

• Airfare to Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) is not included in the package pricing.   If you prefer to purchase your own air,  please email kim@journeystravelinc.com a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers prior to June 1, 2017.  In order for your airfare to be included in your travel insurance, you do need to purchase the air through Journeys Inc.

Final Payment:

Travel Insurance:

The cost is $129 per person and must be purchased at the time of deposit.  This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally.  Travel insurance is not included in the pricing below.

Passports: 

All travelers, including children, will need a valid passport BOOK.  The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip.  It is each travelers' responsibility to ensure that they have the proper travel identification.  To obtain a passport, please review: http://travel.state.gov/passport

 

Guest Room Options:

​

A block of rooms have been reserved at Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica. Please fill out the reservation form when you're ready to place the deposit.  The reservation will be set up for you to review and emailed to you for final approval prior to placing the deposit, which must be done within 24 hours to avoid reservation cancellation.

 

It is necessary that you book through Kim Goldstein at Journeys Inc. to attend the wedding and all group events.  You will not be included in the wedding activities and group functions if you book any other way.

The wedding celebration package includes:

• An all-inclusive resort stay at Royalton White Sands

• Round-trip airport transfers from the MBJ airport in Jamaica

• All taxes 

• Access to all group events​

**AIRFARE AND TRAVEL INSURANCE AREN'T INCLUDED IN THE PRICING BELOW**

 

Rates -  Rates are per person, and are based on the number of adults sharing the room. "Single" means 1 person alone in a room. "Double" means 2 adults sharing a room. "Triple" is 3, and so on. The rates are also based on room category.

 

For example, 2 adults sharing a Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View for 4 nights would be $787.44 per person * 2=$1574.88 total for two for a four night stay . Remember, rooms are priced "Per Person" because the resort is all-inclusive. Prices include all meals, drinks, entertainment, airport shuttles and taxes. There is a $25 revision fee for changes made to a booking after it is deposited.
