Please fill out the reservation form below to receive the group rate, inclusion in to the group block, and access to the group functions. The pricing includes an all-inclusive resort stay at Royalton White Sands, round-trip airport transfers and all taxes (airfare & travel insurance not included).

Room Rates:

Seven Night Stay- $1183 per adult based on two adults in the room

Six Night Stay- $1009 per adult based on two adults in the room

Five Night Stay- $833 per adult based on two adults in the room

Four Night Stay- $658 per adult based on two adults in the room

Three Night Stay- $501 per adult based on two adults in the room

Children's rate (ages 2-12) $521 per child for a six night stay

Travel Insurance:

The cost is $99 per person and must be purchased at the time of deposit.  This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally.

Passports: 

All travelers including children will need a valid passport BOOK.  The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip.  It is each travelers responsbility to ensure that they have the proper travel identification.  To obtain a passport, please review: http://travel.state.gov/passport

 

Deposit by January 15, 2016 in order to receive the best rates:   

• A non-refundable $100 per person deposit is required to reserve your space

• The cost of the travel insurance ($99 per person) is due at the time of deposit if you're purchasing this option.

• Airfare to Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) may be purchased at any time, but needs to be paid in full at the time of purchase.  If you prefer to purchase your own air,  please email kim@journeystravelinc.com a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers.  In order for your airfare to be included in your travel insurance, you do need to purchase the air through Journeys Inc.

 

Final Payment:

The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file by June 7, 2016 unless a new card is provided.  

 

Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the deposit is placed.  There are a limited number of rooms on hold, so reserve ASAP, but at the latest by January 15, 2016 in order to receive the group rate.

 

 

 

 

Please note that in order to qualify for our group amenities, all guests must book their rooms through Journeys Inc.  You will not be included in the wedding activities and group functions if you book any other way.
