A block of rooms have been reserved at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta in Nuevo Vallarta. Please fill out the reservation form below to receive the group rate, inclusion in to the group block, and access to the group functions. It is necessary that you book through Kim Goldstein at Journeys Inc. to attend the wedding and all group events.

Resort Credit:

Packages include a resort credit based on the amount of nights.  Limitless Resort Credit can be used towards selected tours, golf, spa and beauty salon services, romantic and special dinner events, upgraded wine selection at restaurants, photo packages at rock shots®, selected take away products, The Colin Cowie Weddings Collection™, and upscale experiences at ORO Night Club. A 20% service fee applies to any amount that is used.

 

Amount of Resort Credit:

7-8 Nights $1800 per room

5-6 Nights $1500 per room

4 Nights $750 per room

3 Nights $500 per room

 

Travel Insurance:

The cost is $99 per person and must be purchased at the time of deposit.  This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally.

Passports: 

All travelers including children will need a valid passport BOOK.  The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip.  It is each travelers responsbility to ensure that they have the proper travel identification.

Deposit by December 15, 2015:   

• A non-refundable $100 per person deposit is required 

• The cost of the travel insurance ($99 per person) if purchasing

• Airfare needs to be paid in full at the time of purchase (doesn’t have to be purchased at the time of deposit).  You may purchase your own airfare to Puerto Vallarta (PVR), please email kim@journeystravelinc.com a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers.  In order for your airfare to be included in your travel insurance, you do need to purchase the air through Journeys Inc.

 

Final Payment:

The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file by December 15, 2015 unless a new card is provided.
