Deposit by September 19, 2017 in order to receive the best rates:   

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space:
  Hotel only: $400 deposit per room

       Hotel and travel insurance: $400 deposit per person + the current cost of travel insurance to be                  calculated after your information is submitted.               

• Airfare to St. Lucia (UVF) is not included in the package pricing.   If you prefer to purchase your own air, please email kim@journeystravelinc.com a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers prior to May 26, 2018.

Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the deposit is placed.  There are a limited number of rooms on hold, so reserve ASAP, but at the latest by September 19, 2017 in order to receive the group rate.

Final Payment:

Travel Insurance:

The cost is will be calculated once your info is submitted and must be purchased at the time of deposit. This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally.  Travel insurance is not included in the pricing below.

Passports: 

All travelers, will need a valid passport BOOK.  The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip.  It is each travelers' responsibility to ensure that they have the proper travel identification.  To obtain a passport, please review: http://travel.state.gov/passport

 

Guest Room Options:

A block of rooms have been reserved at Sandals Grande St Lucian. Please fill out the reservation form when you're ready to place the deposit.  The reservation will be set up for you to review and emailed to you for final approval prior to placing the deposit, which must be done within 24 hours to avoid reservation cancellation.

 

It is necessary that you book through Kim Goldstein at Journeys Inc. to attend the wedding and all group events.  You will not be included in the wedding activities and group functions if you book any other way.

The wedding celebration package includes:

• An all-inclusive resort stay at Sandals Grande St Lucian

• Round-trip airport transfers from the UVF airport in St Lucia 

• All taxes 

• Access to all group events​

Caribbean Deluxe

Located on the first level of the Monchy and Pigeon Island buildings, this cozy hideaway features a fully furnished private patio nestled among the resort's lush gardens. The spacious interior features a four-poster, king-size bed, a cozy seating area, and a flat screen TV. The en-suite bath boasts either a shower/tub combination or shower only.
