Room Rates for Beaches Turks and Caicos:
The pricing includes an all-inclusive resort stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos, round-trip ground transfers and all taxes (airfare & travel insurance not included). The promotions that were offered at the time of booking are included in the pricing.

French Village Luxury (King or 2 Double beds):
Description:
A mahogany king size bed with a trundle or double beds with a single sleeper chair and a full bath. All rooms have balconets (French balconet has no walkout balcony)

Key West Luxury Concierge Room (includes Concierge Service which provides a private concierge check in, access to Concierge Lounge, bathrobes, fully stocked in room bar with premium liquors, beer, wine, etc.)
Description:
These spacious and beautifully decorated rooms boast marble tile floors, which step out to a balcony or patio. All rooms have a flat screen TV and spacious bathrooms with a shower and single vanity with king beds and a single pullout chair.

Rates for travel between May 9-18, 2016:
$1482.15 per adult based on a three-night stay with two adults in the room
$2001.20 per adult based on a four-night stay with two adults in the room
$2520.25 per adult based on a five-night stay with two adults in the room
$2936.80 per adult based on a six-night stay with two adults in the room
$3455.85 per adult based on a seven-night stay with two adults in the room
There are other dates and upgraded room options available. Just ask and I will provide customized pricing options for your travel party. Rates and availability are subject to change until the deposit has been placed.
Travel Insurance:
The cost will be calculated once your package has been determined and must be purchased at the time of deposit. Most of the packages above will cost $129-$149 per adult for the travel insurance for the hotel portion.
Passports: All travelers including children will need a valid passport BOOK. The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip. http://travel.state.gov/passport
Deposit: $150 per adult + the cost of the travel insurance by November 15, 2015. Airfare needs to be paid in full at the time of purchase (doesn’t have to be purchased at the time of deposit) and can be purchased on your own.
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file by 1/28/16, unless a new card is provided.
