A block of rooms have been reserved at El Dorado Seaside Suites. Please fill out the reservation form below to receive the group rate, inclusion in to the group block, and access to the group functions. It is necessary that you book through Kim Goldstein at Journeys Inc. to attend the wedding and all group events.
The pricing includes an all-inclusive resort stay at El Dorado Seaside Suites, round-trip airport transfers and all taxes (airfare & travel insurance not included in the pricing, but can be added to the package).

Travel Insurance:
The cost is $99 per person and must be purchased at the time of deposit. This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally.

Passports:
All travelers including children will need a valid passport BOOK. The passport should be valid for six months after the completion of the trip. It is each travelers responsbility to ensure that they have the proper travel identification. To obtain a passport, please review: http://travel.state.gov/passport
Deposit by February 15, 2017 in order to receive the best rates:

A non-refundable $100 per person deposit is required to reserve your space

The cost of the travel insurance ($99 per person) is due at the time of deposit if you're purchasing this option.

Airfare to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) may be purchased at any time, but needs to be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you prefer to purchase your own air, please email kim@journeystravelinc.com a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers. In order for your airfare to be included in your travel insurance, you do need to purchase the air through Journeys Inc.

Special promotion offered until February 15, 2017 for a reduced deposit: If you book your land, airfare and travel insurance, the total room deposit for two people is $498, which means you don't have to pay for the airfare at the time of booking.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file by August 15, 2017 unless a new card is provided. Arrangements can be made for a payment plan, if you prefer.
Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the deposit is placed. There are a limited number of rooms on hold, so reserve ASAP, but at the latest by February 15, 2017 in order to receive the group rate.

Please note that in order to qualify for our group amenities, all guests must book their rooms through Journeys Inc. You will not be included in the wedding activities and group functions if you book any other way.
